Carman and Oscar met at the University of South Carolina as undergrads. The two now live in Indiana but chose to return home for their wedding. Carman planned an intimate affair in the backyard of her parents home in Conway, SC but when rain clouds appeared on wedding day plans were quickly shuffled and moved to the Jerry Cox building. Overlooking the historic Waccamaw River the Jerry Cox building was the perfect rustic setting for this fun and artistic bride. Carman brought the old barn to life with fairy lights strung from the rafters and mason jars full of flowers. The groom wore a custom bow-tie from Tux and Tulle while Jeffrey's Catering provided munchies for guests and Cake My Day created a three-tier wedding cake topped with a sketch by the Bride.
