Corrie and Nick were wed the first Saturday in June at the John Wesley United Methodist Church in West Ashley. During their engagement last fall we learned that the couple are truly the best of friends and have a lot of fun joking around together. Corrie's wedding day began with hair at Graphic Glamour and make-up at Stella Nova. Corrie had a stress-free day as Cacky's Bride + Aid was on hand to assist with all the minor details. The Brides colors were navy blue and yellow to match the Groom's dress blues as he is a C-17 pilot for the Air Force. Their wedding was a romantic and formal affair with Corrie's two sisters serving as maid and matron of honor, while Nick's brother was the best man. Corrie and Nick exited the church as man and wife through an arch of sabers. After the ceremony we took the couple and their bridal party to Hampton park for some informal, fun shots. From here the Bride and Groom were whisked by limo to their reception at the Doubletree in the downtown Market. The reception began with a bang as each member of the bridal party had a silly dance as their entrance. The Bride and Groom's first dance as a married couple was to Keith Urban's "Only You Can Love Me This Way." The band, Unkle Funkle (sounds like a partying name!) kept everyone on the dance floor late into the night.
Corrie and Nick left their wedding through the glitz of a sparkler tunnel and onto a waiting carriage from Old South Carriage. They embarked on a moonlit tour of the historic city before leaving for their honeymoon.
